The key to stop child obesity is information, getting
it at the right time so this problem can stop and not getting to pass to next
generation, The Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP), an
organization of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, created a program on 2010 called
choose my plate to improve the nutrition and well-being of Americans. Toward
this goal, the Center focuses its efforts on two primary objectives: Advance
and promote dietary guidance for all Americans, and conduct applied research
and analyses in nutrition and consumer economics. This information needs to be
spread more so it can get to more people. A correct portion size for a child

Every parent should have a nutrition class where they
can learn what are the right portion sizes for their kids, how much sugar has
every drink and start counting calories and nutritional value. Informational
nutrition is the key to fight child obesity, and the wiliness of the parents to
make a positive change on their child life style. This is an example of the

be harder for parents to follow this structure but is the healthier and best
ethical decision for their kids.
